Sails

Sail Area: 577 sq', 53.61 sq metres.  We carried several sails:

#1 Genoa heavy, furling, Lee Sails. 

# 1 Genoa light, furling, Lee Sails. 

#2 Genoa, furling.  Heavy duty.

#1 Jib, furling, Hood.  Heavy duty.

#2 Jib, hanks.  Very heavy duty for use on inner forestay.

Storm Jib, hanks, Lee Sails.  Very heavy duty, never used, for use on inner forestay.

Mainsail, Lee Sails, fully battened, three reefs. 

Mainsail, spare.  Partially battened, slightly smaller than mainsail.

Trisail, Lee Sails.  Never used.

Spinnaker, asymmetric, Lee Sails.

Spinnaker, symmetric, never used.
